Mongolian Chicken
Ingredients:
2 tsp. peanut oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 10 ounces deboned skinless pullet breasts, 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tsp. new floorboards chillies, 1/2 tsp. sparingly cut onions, 2 tsp. acold water, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. insignificant oil, 1 tbsp. shaoxing cereal wine or dry sherry, 1/3 cup bird broth, 1 tsp. gloom soy sauce, 4 dry Chinese mushrooms, 1/2 teeny red bell pepper cut 1-inch triangles, 3 season onions principally white cut into 2" lengths, 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, 2 tsp. frigid hose down for thickening, 1 tsp. benni oil, 2 tsp. soil bean sauce (mo si jeung), 10 oz deboned skinless yellow-bellied breasts (cut on diagonal into 1/4" four-ply by 2" prolonged slices, 4 Chinese dry mushrooms (soaked in hot wet for 45 minutes, rinsed, hose squeezed out, stems discarded, caps halved)
Method:
